The app is the system of record for Bill Dog members profile and case data. A CRM will be used for funnel management. Zendesk will be used to manage workflows for each consumer.
Core’s job is to capture and store critical data so workflows and business logic can be added later. In future, once the data objects and manual workflows have been codified, automation and more complex business logic will be layered in. Bill Dog will be used by Bill Dog internal users to manage cases including Bill Navigators, Bill Negotiators and Admin
The UI may be rudimentary. No branding or stylization is necessary on core. API structure needed to move data between BD core and consumer facing front ends like the mobile app, the bill report, or a web portal.
